CDT MS-100 Enclosure recommendation needed

I'm looking at sounddomain.com for a prebuilt sealed enclosure for my CDT MS-100 10" subwoofer. According to the manual that comes with the sub, the enclosure should range from .45 to .91 cubic feet. I have a US Acoustics 80Wx2 channel amplifier which I intend on bridging. Question is which enclosure should i get? R/T sells two, a small and a medium one for 10" sub..

The small claims to be .66 cubic feet

The medium claims .75 cubic feet

In what way will the sound different? I've heard the size you go with depends on what kind of amp is driving the sub.. so i'm not sure in my case which one is more appropriate.

also whats the difference between MDF and non MDF? Are the MDF's worth a few bucks more?

Q-Logic also makes a small sealed enclosure, though people seem to gripe about it's plastic ring sealing.

Appreciate the feedback.

.7 cft is what cdt reccomends on your sub for "Optimum" Response , You need a Very good enclosure for that sub , It HAS to be sealed completly with absolutly no air leaks , These subs will not forgive you with even a little leak ! Go with .75 box and make sure you seal the sub very well with weatherstrip beofre you put it in the box , Cut the carpet back on the box to insre it seals to the wood , Thats a Great sounding sub you have there //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/smile.gif.1ebc41e1811405b213edfc4622c41e27.gif But dont overpower it 100-125 watts is plenty for it
