I have a set of CDT EF-61CF/TW24/satnet-560 components that I bought about ten years ago and am looking to upgrade. I would like to stick with CDT and keep it a 2-way system. Its been awhile since I kept an eye on car audio, any recommendations or thoughts? //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/biggrin.gif.d71a5d36fcbab170f2364c9f2e3946cb.gif

I'm an authorized cdt dealer and carry the full lines I can also beat almost any deal you'll find on the new lines. Not old and discontinued lines tho. I offer full cdt warranties and all my prices are shipped

I would say my budget is around $400. Would it be possible to keep my current crossover and just buy a new mid and tweeter? I have the possibility to go active but for the time being I'm going to stick with passive.

What also helps is the suspensions on them aren’t as tight as a virgin on prom night! Sorry I couldn’t resist using this joke 🤣

Might be the 3/4" - better off-axis response and/or sensitivity could lead to a brighter sounding tweeter. I'm not sure why they recommend moving...
