STEPPENWOLF - ALL TIME GREATEST HITS

4/5

Peronsonal favorites- "Dont step on the grass, sam" and "Pusher man"

just picked this up yestereday, awsome cd if you like steppenwolf

it pretty much sums up all of steppenwolfs carreer, not to many steppenwolf fans besides there 2 main songs "magic carpet ride", and "born to be wild"

SAMMY HAGAR - THE ESSENTIAL RED COLLECTION

4.5/5

Favorite songs- "heavy metal" or "bad motor scooter"

the only reason i gave it a 4.5/5 and not a 5 is because i have every sammy cd, it has all his best songs on it, it should have ***** am and plain jane on it, but you cant get every song on a greatest hits, although he could have done a 2 cd, i suggest pick it up if you like sammy hagar or even van halen

well scince the thread is back alive i will finish my Mudvayne review.

Mudvayne - Lost and Found

score - 4/5

best song - Happy?

I love this cd. It is a touch harder than ther last cd. Most important though, i don't find my self reaching for the skip track button on my cd player. it was well worth the $10 i picked it up for.

Shinedown - Leave a whisper

score - 4/5

best song- well they are all decent my favorite might be simple man

Another CD well worth the $10 i spent to pick it up, i really like the last three songs on the cd, the stanford sessions as they call them. if you don't have this cd and you like their song .45 pick it up for sure.

static-X - start a war

score - 3/5

decent but you have to like their previous cds to like this one, not as good as shadow zone but still a decent cd.

I prefer Alice In CHains - Greastest Hits....Cheaper and im not sure if the box set inlcudes the song "Rooster" does it?
It does include "rooster"... but it's live. Again that's something that hurt it imo because it seems like it's thrown together. It also seemed like they were tryin on this cd to get the most buyers no matter what. For example, people who have all the Alice in Chains albums might would still buy this cd because of the live songs and unreleased demos that aren't on the albums. And people who bought this cd first might want all the songs recorded from the studio (not live) and then they would have to get one of the older albums as well. //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/rolleyes.gif.c1fef805e9d1464d377451cd5bc18bfb.gif but for me, this cd is enough AIC for a while.

Led Zeppelin - Early Days & Latter Days Greatest Hits Pack

These cd's really do have the best of Led Zeppelin on them. 23 songs for $15 bucks. Of course the favorite song is Stairway to heaven on the Early Days cd, and Kasmir on the latter days.

5/5... couldnt be better

Weezer - Make Believe

This is the best Weezer cd that i have. Every song on it sounds original and there isnt one that i dont like. Favorite song is "We are all on drugs"... the best Weezer has done.

5/5

Shinedown - Leave a whisper

score - 4/5

Mercedes Benz MIx tape 07

This is a cool cd. i like the variety of genres: jazz. RB. Groove Lounge, electronic, good stuff.

I only skip over like 2 songs and the best thing: ITS FREE! //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/smile.gif.1ebc41e1811405b213edfc4622c41e27.gif

boyz in da hood

its aight, i like songs 3,6, and 11 most.

hits hard, even on my friends alpine type e 12.

i kind of get tired of hearing puffy screamin "boyz in da hood" in the background.

The Police-Every Breath You Take - The Classics (Remastered)

W/ Roxanne, Message In A Bottle, Every Breath You Take, King Of Pain, Don't Stand So Close To Me (orig. plus '86version).

IMO this is a good album but it is just like the other greatest hits albums that the Police have out. IMO spring for the original.

Still a good 4/5

Led Zepplin-Early Days & Latter Days: Volumes One And Two

Stairway To Heaven, Black Dog, Kashmir, Rock And Roll, Whole Lotta Love, Immigrant Song, All My Love, No Quarter

What can be said about Led Zepplin that hasnt already been said? Nothing.

IMO they are the greatest rock band of all time. They make the hard rock and heavy metal that we have today. Heavy is an attitude, these guys may not be slipknot in terms of loud and hard, but thier attitude and ora surpasses every other band. This defines heavy.

5/5

The Who-My Generation The Very Best Of The Who

Won't Get Fooled Again, Pinball Wizard, I Can See For Miles, title cut, Happy Jack, Magic Bus, Who Are You

Classic Who. Keith Moon oh yeah, Pete Townshend nothing like a windmill, Roger Daltrey oh what a voice. RIP John Entwistle , you were and are still my fav bassist, strong and silence on stage but explosive with your bass RIP.

4.75/5
