Cd has no sound

I just got the new Panasonic 602, and I wired it up. And the radio works and has sound. The cd player reads the cd's but has no sound. What do I do to fix this?

Have u tried useing a different cd?? Not tooo familiar wiht this deck, but mine u can set gain for cd am/fm and auz see if that is possible on yours.

I fixed, it, I switched the amp wires around. Somehow it helped.
