CD Changer Suggestions

After updating my system (new Subs, Amps, Tweeters) a bit I began to realize how much two things really ticked me off:

1.) Having to switch disks every 40-60 minutes

2.) No MP3 playback capability

The HU I currently have is a Sony CDX-CA750X from my old system. I would like to add either a 10 or 12 disc CD changer to it and have something along the lines of the Sony CDX-757MX changer. I'm not crazy about Sony stuff in general but its the path of least resistance in adding a changer to my HU.

Those are its' specs, but overall I'm not very knowledgable about what to look for in a CD Changer and wanted to know what you guys would recommend for a 10-12 disc changer with mp3 playback capability. I'd like to keep price reasonable since my subs, amp, tweeters, and recent maintnence to my car have me a little drained at the moment.

You would be better off going with a Sony changer since your HU is a Sony. It will make installation a lot easier. The other option would be to get a new HU with MP3 playback.
