CD Changer in trunk with sub?

How much for the CD changer and would it work with the Alpine headunit in my sig? I'm interested

It works with CDA model Alpine head units. Alpine discontinued the Ai-Net bus at the time the CDE models were introduced. It will not work with CDE-HD149BT.

Or get everything in flac, although I haven't found a way to play them in my car. I suppose a fioo x3 into a dac would work.
