I got mine done for $120 installed. Mine went out on my Dakota around 80,000 miles. I got directed to this shop by my friend who's a mechanic. Brought my truck in, the guy said it was gonna be $160, he pulled it up on the lift, grabbed a converter off the shelf, cut the old one out, threw the new one in, welded the shit up without a ****ing mask, and after he was done asked me how much he said it was gonna cost. Before I could answer, he said "is $120 okay?" and I gave him the money and I was out in 30 minutes.

this guy was like 60 year old biker with more tatoos then you could count, basically a rougher version of the hulk. when i was watching him weld the shit above his head with no mask i looked like this //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/eek.gif.771b7a90cf45cabdc554ff1121c21c4a.gif . to say the least, he was badass.

if your car is less than 10 years old the dealer will probably replace it free. im pretty sure dodge has a lifetime warantee on cats seatbelts and a few other small things.
