Pay the $9 for UPS, but that's if the seller agrees to it.

Other than that is pay with paypal & a credit card. If something happens you can disbute with your CC company.

I don't think many disputes make it too far if you actually do recieve a package..

But about COD, I don't see why a seller would have a problem using C.O.D.

Especially now when everything's hard to move..

I pretty much wanted to know if it was a viable option.

There are people on here that I would trust to pay in advance, but others that seem like a really good deal but don't have many refs..Too big a chance with $400 plus dollars.
