Honestly its getting a tad irritating with the whole "Cascade Designs is P.A.P. in another form."

Bottom line...no. 2 companies can have 2 loud drivers out at the same time without them being the same. Or sharing any parts for that matter.

They make plenty of drivers for applications that I have no desire to be a part of. Areas that just don't interest me. Do I think Pierce Audio is a great company? Absolutely..hell I just bought a MOAB. Are we the same/related companies? No.

You can even read on their forum that the 8 layer coil in the Omega will not even fit the gap on the WMD2.. totally different woofers, with totally different goals.

Glad to see what alex had to say. I got to test out the woofer for about 30-40 minutes and i think im in love. It has a really tight bass response compared to my MT. The MT got loud for sure, but this gets loud and doesnt sound at all loose. Hope you can understand what im trying to say. The cone got a little warmer than i would have liked, but cranked on the 20.1 i had no new smells coming from the woofer. Sounds to me like it can take alot more. I need another one, now! I was suprised to see how loud it got for only a 12, id like to try a 15. All in all for that short time i was impressed. I played some lil jon and jeezy and it sounded way better than my MT did. I think ill keep the 2 cubes at 32 for awhile to test but id like to try it at 35. Thanks terra, i like it so far. I owe some people at Pap an apology. I was mis-informed on the situation and ran to conclusions without straight facts. Pap and CD are on good grounds and will continue to stay on good grounds. They are simply a helping hand in the project and I did not intend to make them like the bad guys. I was just hoping to get the record straight that these are not the WMDs, they are a different sub all together and I know the Peirce boys would have no problem assuring everyone of that.
