thats what happend to my friends car he has 2 Massive audio DMX's 15's in the back where his seat's where he has 2000watt's rms going to each one and that shit it loud it's the loudest 61impala i ever heard he has 2 battery's 2 batcap's a 200amp alt top on the like alpine deck it's cool. in any one comes to fresno u gotta see this 61 impala his box is tuned to 45 i think i dont member

I think Mark was going to/did throw 2000 on his. Oh, I think you're getting his ... so you'll need power at 2ohm right? I think his driver is the DVC 4ohm version.

You aren't a moron, and the sub will take it. How much power does your d1200.1 do? Just over 1200 watts? I honestly don't know if the sub will take the d2500.1's 2500+ watts. I'm sure it will take it in the right enclosure, however, I'm not sure if it would like it.

Well I guess I am out of this convo. Since I started into car audio, I have always had a regular cab truck. Not much room for that kind of bass. One day I will get the room.
