I am a mod at http://www.soundillusions.net and also an admin at http://www.soundwavescs.com(soon to be up again)- so I do have experience.

 

I have been dabbling in car audio for a good number of years, and generally working with cars for a lot longer.

 

Time is my only enemy right now. I can not change that for another month or two unfortunately.

 

I'll do it though if you want me to.

 

Otherwise, as I stated darn near 900 and some odd posts ago- this forum needs moderators and active administration to keep things friendly.

 

Looking at the results of this pole, I believe that those in favor of moderation far outweigh those who do not favor it.

 

I think this message is sent pretty clearly.

That is beyond a prime example. Tho I am unsure of the whole story there someone has supposedly been cloning one members name to do stupid things like that. I have already reported a few of the "clones" posts to admin. I am thinkin we should report this one to admin. All of us whom have posted here and are in agreeance there should be some form of moderation here should click on the report this post to a moderator button and get some more attention from admin!

Bean, You should know by now after all of the posts that it is a joke! Yeah maybe offensive to some, but if it is honestly offensive I will happily take it down.

As far as mods being biased etc.....No mods would simply be led by a set TOS (Terms Of Service for those who don't know) There would be no need for bias on ones part because it would be a few mods that work as a team. NOT individuals!!! As a group they can make this ever growing forum more friendly and flowing!

One last thing, Zane good to see you back! I know I have not really gotten to know you or anything, but have heard lots of good etc... When's ur site comming back up?
