Car Stereo Recomendations Needed

I hope you can all help me....I am looking for a new car stereo for my Olds 02 Intrigue. Due to vandalism, my old stereo needs to be replaced. I am looking for the following features:

-- XM Radio capable

-- The radio lights will fade w/the car interior lites

-- Clock always visible

-- preferably big push buttons ( I got fat fingers!)

-- CD Player

I can only spend about $200 for the radio. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated! Thanks!
