would u be doing the work your self i have to ask that? You could go with some kicker L7 12 inch and send 2000 rms at 1 ohm to them.. tune to around 34 hz or so and it should get nasty loud. u can check google and type in kicker L7 kicker sells a box with two kicker L7. the only thing is i think the box is tune kinda high around 40 hz or so.. i can tell u there is alot better out there for the money. some swear by kicker i have used there stuff they get loud but i dont like how they sound. there amps are great and wire is good 2. just keep lookin around and get some ideas it can cost alot and at the end of the day u dont wana be let down... good luck and have fun

if you are serious about this, than post a realistic budget and ask for people to help make a list for you. the budget will tell people what you can afford for each item..i.e.(h.u., sub, sub amp..) if you can't do your own install than someone on here might live near you and do it for a good price.

Thank you all for the help...I will try to install it myself since I like doing all of that, never done it before but I think I can do it.

My budget is a couple of thousads..between 2,500 and 3,000... I have always hear that Kicker is the best just like Bose...if yhere is something better let me know. I really don't know much about this so anything that you guys tell me would help...

all the people that dont know what the fu ck there doin will say kicker this kicker that.. and they will be the ones that say u should get a cap.. i think u should check out some threads here befor u do anything.. see what u can get for just 1500 or so.. And oh yea see what u might have to do to your electrical system . u will learn alot . if u need any help just ask or u can pm ill do my best to get u links to subs ,amps wires etc..

Kicker isn't neccessarily the BEST. There's not ONE brand that's better than all the rest. It depends on what you want out of this system that your willing to spend all this money on. Look around alittle bit and make sure that you want Kicker for sure. I think Kicker is a good brand. I personally like their amps because they're very efficient and do rated power and if u search around you can usely find them for a good price. To be honest your budget is pretty high so you can pretty much afford the best of kicker's lineup. For your speakers you should get ones that will handle 100 watts rms each. That's the best that kicker makes but it depends what size speakers you have. If you let me know what size they are then i can find out which one's would work for you. As far as subs you can prolly get 2 12" L7 and get a zx1500.1 to power them. I suggest this setup because I dont think you have the proper space for 2 15's or bigger which would call for a 2500.1 With that kind of power your car is going to rattle to and you prolly dont want to hurt the resale value of this new car you just bought //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/laugh.gif.48439b2acf2cfca21620f01e7f77d1e4.gif and if you got a zx2500.1 you'd need more batteries to. But if you use the zx1500.1 you'll need to have a battery in the back to help support it. A yellow top Optima would be fine. Now all you need is a nice headunit, search Pioneer, Alpine, Eclipse, Kenwood and see which one you like.

The speakers the car has are the factory speakers and their size is as fallow.

Front Speakers

-Dash: 3-1/2"

-Front Door: 6-1/2"

Rear Speakers

-Rear Deck: 6x9"

I know my budget is pretty high but I could save a little I wouldn't mind. //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/biggrin.gif.d71a5d36fcbab170f2364c9f2e3946cb.gif;)

I was also wondering If I would need another battery because I have heard of people having more than once cause on their amp...

Can you tell me a little bit more about the electrical system? I have try to use the search function the forum but every time I get a database error

pulling this out my ***,but...

1. sub could cost around $350 shipped

2. H/U probably say $300

3. wires $150 or so- including enough for big 3

4. box if you build it $40

5. sub amp $300-$400

6. front amp $250-$300

7. front speakers $75- $300

just to give an idea what you would spend for pretty decent stuff.

My recommendations:

2 10" Fi Q's -$468

Sundown 1500D- $400

Speakers depend on your personal taste. Set your budget at $500 and look for brands like DLS, Focal, Dynaudio etc.

Amp for Speakers- JBL GTO75.4ii - $125

2 Rolls of Raamat- $225

Knukonceptz Wiring- ~$100

Total: ~$1850

If you can find a quality shop you can probably have them install it and still fall under your budget.
