Car Audio system for use in workshop

Hello

I have a rectangular speaker box I made, which houses the following speakers

2 x Sony XS-GTX1641 6" speaker

- 4 way speaker

- Peak power 300W

- Rated power 75W

- Rated impedance 4 ohm

2 x Sony XS-GTX6931 6x9" speaker

- 3 way speaker

- Peak power 400W

- Rated power 100W

- Rated impedance 4 ohm

Unfortunately I cannot attach pics here as the images are too large.

My goal is too have this running off the AC wall socket. Here in my country it is 230 Volts AC.

What I need to know

What specifications to look for when purchasing a head unit?

What is the best sized sub(s) that would suit this system? (sub would be in a separate enclosure)

Do I require any tweeters for better sound? (these can be in separate enclosures if need be)

Do I require an amplifier, if so what specs?

This is what I require for now, then I will focus on the wiring aspect.

get a sony mex 100bt, It has a built in amp.

Using Jeffs suggestion for a head unit, you can use an old computer supply as a 12v source to power it. Even a cheap 500w psu is rated at 40A max

Why not use a home audio amplifier that is built to plug into the wall outlet? 12v power supplies add extra and unnecessary cost and complication.

That's interesting, can you purchase these power supplies separately? I suppose you need to have an unwanted computer that is worthless. I have since purchased the Sony MEX-XB100BT head unit. So wiring it all up is now the next step! Thanks for your message
