are capacitors really usefull to a car audio system, or are they just for decoration??? I heard many ppl saying that it's not worth the money

upgrading you electrical should be as follows:

1) Big 3

2) upgrade battery and/or add 2nd battery

3) HO alternator

4) battery bank

5) multiple HO alternators & battery bank

6) bag of dog shit in-line with power cables

7) capacitor

well I had one and it fried on me so I went and did the big three upgrade and after that I have no desire to ever get a cap again just not worth the money when the big three is a easy cheaper fix. well for me it was

a capacitor isnt a fix for a poor electrical system. its a poor excuse for a band-aid
