Capacitor or Capcell?

the system I told you to get is 10 x's better than power acoustik dude PA is a no name brand. have you ever heard of seas morel heartz ect? well they are top of line so just cuz you haven't heard of them doesn't make them bad, right? you asked an opinion and then you denounce the validity of it because you never heard of it? well if you have not done this before, then there is alot you haven't heard of.

FYI the company that makes the subs and amp i recommended to you have broken world records!

those crunch subs that sic recommended will most likely get louder than those power acoustics. I have the hifonics brutus, same sub as the crunch, and they are hitting upper 140s on the TL. They can also take around 700rms. Ive been giving mine right around 750 each without a problem.

the crunch amp numbers are pretty solid. they do right about rated power. whereas the power acoustic is way overrated.

I would do some more research before i spent any money on anything. just do some searching around here and you will find some really good info on just about any piece of equipment

so now i have my friend at bb hooking me up, so i think im limiting my self to that store now (since i can pick it up straight). I think the best subs they have are Alpine - 12" Dual-Voice-Coil 4-Ohm Subwoofers and then back to that power acoustik amp unless something else recommended from there?

How is

2 Alpine - 12" Dual-Voice-Coil 4-Ohm Subwoofers

Let me know what you think from the store and if you think this would be a good idea?

worked at best buy and dont get that power acoustik. the Rockford p1000.1 is like $200 with the employee discount there and is a better amp then that pa amp. you could also try out the rf p3s. they are pretty cheap too.

Rockford Fosgate - Punch 12" Dual-Voice-Coil 4-Ohm Subwoofer

Continuous Power Handling500W

Peak Power handling1000W

Impedance4 ohms

Rockford Fosgate - 1000W Class BD Mono Amplifier 1000W peak output @ 2 ohms

750W peak output @ 4 ohms

500W RMS (continuous) @ 2 ohms

250W RMS (continuous) @ 4 ohms

wouldn't this only be pushing out at 250w rms since the subs are at 4 ohms?? not sure if i got this right.

I checked out the rf p3s. The RMS is the same, but peak power is more in the alpine. Are the p3's better then the alpine type R's i had listed????
