I'm assuming you already have your system set up. Just add the cap's POS to your amp's POS and your caps NEG to your amps NEG. For me, I use the same screws on the amp for the junction.

this is how my boss cap manual says to do it....Run a + wire from your distrobution block to your caps + and then ground the caps - to your chassis...
