Cap?

i know people on these forum say caps are useless, but someone help me out anyways, how can you tell if a cap is working if it doesnt have a digital display? can you multimeter and check if it has a 12v current? is there any other ways

Capacitors are fairly simple in design. It there is continuity between the 2 terminals, then the capacitor is probably working fine.

Or you could charge up the capacitor, connect a 12v lightbulb to the terminals, and see if it lites up.
