Cant See Top 15 Threads?!

Any one else having this problem? If I log in the top 15 threads section goes away but if I log out it pops back up... Getting pretty annoying I cant see whats going on

I've had that problem before.

If I remember, I had to log out then log back in to reset the cookies.
