Can't find a sub to fit this RF box

I have one of those Rockford Fosgate pre-formed urethane boxes for my 03 Mustang that looks like a JL Stealthbox knockoff. The sub that came in it, an RFP-1410, is an absolute piece of crap-- the surround completely separated from the frame before I even installed it. So, I need a replacement sub.

The problem is that I can't find anything that will fit into the same pre-formed mounting holes in the box. The sub's frame diameter is also usually too big. The mounting diameter (or bolt circle) for the holes is 9 5/8" (244mm) and the cutout diameter is 9 1/4" with a max frame diameter of 10 1/4". Does anybody know of something that will fit? Oh, and mounting depth is about 5 3/4" max. Appreciate any suggestions, even if it means drilling some new screw holes.

An Alpine S-series will barely fit into the cutout, but the holes don't line up. I am also considering a Polk dB series or an MTX RT10-44. I'd prefer DVC if possible.

I did-- I actually lugged the box down to a car stereo place yesterday and that's one of the ones they tried to test-fit, but the overall frame diameter was a bit too big.

I actually have an extra one of these enclosures that has a crack in it, so today I tried drilling different screw pilot holes in it and inserting some screws to see how it would hold. Seems to work pretty good, so now I've decided that as long as the replacement sub fits into the cutout and the outer diameter of the frame isn't too big (it sits down in kindof a recessed area), I can just drill different holes for mounting.

I'm now considering the Infinity Kappa 104.7w and Polk dv104DVC. Any other suggestions?
