Cant figure out why I am dimming lights

I got all the stuff in my sig and am still dropping voltage pretty bad (12v @ idle), enough to dim my lights considerably.

Any ideas why?

My 2nd Optima is just a little one for Hondas and what not.

All grounds are good, I used a wire brush on a drill and took out like a 6inx6in section of paint off my floor than used a ring terminal and self tap to ground the 2nd battery
