Can't figure battery issue out

Well issue is when the car is off battery's will rest at 12.8, when charging. The rear batt gets 12.5 and the front is 14.7. Any one have an idea what might be going on here?

bad rear battery ground, bad cell in rear battery so it does not hold the same charge... do they hold the same charge at rest, while connected? Do they hold the same charge when disconnected from each other and car off? isolate the problem more if you can.

is your fuse in between the two batts blown by any slim chance?

Batteries will rest 12.8 perfectly healthy, then when car running the voltage drops. Ill try a different fuse. It did look kinda bent.
