Pretty sure i figure it out. I had my amp on top of the box, and whenever it would get loud it would make that sound or cut out......On viper amps the controls are on top of the amp. I noticed that when i played with the LPF knob it would cut in and out. BINGO. When ever the bass hit hard it would shake the amp and rattle the knobs. When I press down on the panel with all the settings, the noise stops happened, so apparently there must be some loose wires under there I am going to have to resolder.
