YES IT CAN! I have run mine daily at .7 for the past 2 years with no problems at all.

You will need a very strong electrical system in order to run it at 1 ohm, and be forewarned that it WILL get hot.

it can, i wouldnt suggest it tho

check out the AQ2200 or Sundown 2000D for similar power at a 1 ohm load if you already have the subs

because after rise means after the box rise causes the impedance to be higher not lower duh?

1 ohm load at amp with 1.5 ohms of rise means the amp after box rise will see 2.5 ohms duh?

And i know this, i am saying if his Impeadance is 1 ohm AFTER RISE no it wont last. Because that means hed wiring it below 1 ohm. If the amp is at 1 ohm BEFORE Rise it may rise to a stable impeadance of greater than 2 ohms or close to it.

I would NEVER wire one below 1 ohm. Especially for daily use.

They get protect happy even on burps if wired below 1 ohm.
