Can you use the XM Antenna from a stock head unit on an aftermarket unit?

I have a 2013 Hyundai Sonata that has an XM antenna hooked up to it, via factory. Can I use this plug for an aftermarket head unit or is this plug specific to my model? See this video and go to the 2:50 mark to see the antenna. Any thoughts are great! Thanks!

Maybe if the unit has xm... the pioneer doesn't have xm built in,you need a box.
