I have the alpine hu in my sig and would like to hook this amp up to it but idk if it is possible without a new h.u that has 3 sets of rca outs.

If i can't then it would be cheaper for me to run these two amps off my current amp than buy another hu with 3 sets of rca's that is descent.

Ya i want to use the front channel for some hybrids and the rear channel for my morels and the sub channel for whatever sub i get, prob a dayton.
if it has a remote sub level,,,you'll want to y adapt off your rears or maybe the fronts....i usually ditch rear speakers in my vehicles except for subs...if any rear is ran its on low power or deck power for a presence...sorta like a center ch....ive competed in many sq events and they frown upon much rear...you don't listen to a concert from the back unless your walking out the door

I have heard this said many times, but when i first got my morels i hooked up my front comps and they sounded great so then i just ran the rears of the h.u and could not tell any difference at all. then i hooked up all 4 and it sounds like the sound is all around you and has more midbass . To me it sounded better so i left it.

youd use them off which ever rcas youd fade too the most id imagine the front...so with a sub level control you could keep your bass control stable youd only need one y adapter off either front lead since its a single ch mono....99% of people keep the balance in the middle...

if you keep your fader and balance in the middle it won't matter which rca you choose to y adapt off of...and its your prefrence if it sounds good to you thats what matters...your the one listening too it //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/smile.gif.1ebc41e1811405b213edfc4622c41e27.gif

Would you rather more power for less monies //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/naughty.gif.94359f346c0f1259df8038d60b41863e.gif
of course, but i just saw it has no warranty. But if i get it on amazon it is like $306 shipped and comes with a 2 year warranty and amazon is very good to deal with. I think i will be grabbing this amp up here in a few months. There are 6 rca's on this thing though, the 5th channel has 2 rca;s wich kinda threw me off. I assume the 5th channel could run at 2 ohms while the other 4 channels run at 4 ohms like most 5 channel amps can. Seems like a steal for what it does
