Can you explain this ? Pics inside

Well I grounded the Rear speaker RCA Outputs and the engine wine noise has reduce to about 90 Percent. But never the less I'm pissed that I pay so much for this Hu and its having problem. SO what Can I do to reduce the little alternator wine that I'm still getting ? Maybe get New RCA OUtputs from Pioneer ??? Or a Ground Loop insolator ?

A Couple of pioneer decks are known for having weak grounds on the outputs, IIRC.I know I had one that had that problem.
bingo...

its a common issue, which is why I dont run pioneer.

warranty if you can, otherwise deal with it (at least its reduced) or just grab a dif brand HU.

PS, you might be able to reduce it more if you really tighten up and solder the RCA ground.

One other solution would be to use an LOC, if that is even an option here.

WOuld buying a new RCA output cable solve this problem though ? Since the 788 has detachable RCA outputs. Anyone knows ? I love this HU and wouldnt trade it for the world, just trying to fix this problem at hand.

The CD7000 Seems to be the next best thing to get . //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/frown.gif.a3531fa0534503350665a1e957861287.gif

As of today the noise is completely gone.. I just grounded the RCA outputs to direct metal. Problem solve... But I'm not happy still. I dont like how ghetto it looks having my RCA grounded like that. Sure nobody Is going to see, but it stills bothers me. SO would buying a new set of RCA outputs from pioneer that sell for around $30 fix the problem ? I going to call Pioneer and see what's up. Maybe they can fix it for free . I bought my HU from Ebay so I doubt it has a waranty.

it wont go away because they are not the cables specifically, its an internal problem so buying a new set of rca's wont get u anywhere, plus who is going to see the back of the headunit. There is no way some1 is going to now so just keep it as is. //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/wink.gif.608e3ea05f1a9f98611af0861652f8fb.gif

SO is not the Cables ? Because it seems to me that only the Rear Output RCA is the only one that makes the noise. I only grounded that one and the noise went completely away.
