probably not, a lot of people buy something they really really want... then to come to find it doesnt fit or they cant accomidate it.

Ive seen a few people build boxes for their cars that didnt fit, but they didnt take that into consideration during the build because the box met the required space for the subs lol

It's not his responsibility to be sure everyone in the world gets their way before making a purchase.

He won the sub, regardless of what his intentions for it were and regardless of anyone else who might have possibly been interested in it aswell.

Now he's selling it, for whatever reason.

If someone really wants the sub, they'll buy it from him.

Edit: You guys are very right, thats what capitalism is... buying, and reselling. Sorry if I'm coming off like jerk, but I think its just plain wrong in this case and I smell "profit" all over this one. Ha... you can do this with almost anthing, but tickets for a concert, or sports game, then it becomes illegal.

Where does it say he paid $350 for it? I assumed he got it cheap just like I got my 12in Atlas for $89 shipped from one of Ascendent Audio Ebay auctions.

An atlas is NOT a Havoc...Atlas's where $100-$150 new depending on when you got them.
