I was reading that the DVD player would only work if the parking brake was set.

So will the output work when I am driving?

You have to bypass this; simply ground the parking brake wire.

you shouldnt have to ground the parking brake if you just tryin to use the video out. But if youre tryin to view the movie on the front screen then thats when you need to ground it.

i never messed wit that hu, so im not sure. But i dont see why you couldnt
