I am having an interesting time figuring out how to make a ported subwoofer enclosure for my 2014 Tahoe. I plan on keeping the rear seats in, so the box has to be flush with the current shape. I also need ideas as to whether I can maybe fit a shallow 12" or just go with the 10". I'm gonna figure out which sub later, first, I need design ideas. Replace the trim as much as possible with the box.

Your going to have to remove that panel first to see how much room you even have. Good chance you may only have enough airspace for a 8" if your dead set on ported.

As said, remove the panel. There's probably some **** hiding in there you need to decide if you want to keep for the cars systems or not

There is usually enough space for 1 10 sealed. If you squeeze all the possible space out and are careful on picking the sub you might could get 1 10 ported or 1 12 sealed

Yeah...never mind. Can't be done. I swear, I find out a nuance about this vehicle every day. Thank you all for your help though!
