Can these sa8v2 take this amp?

I have a sundown saz3500 that I might trade but I only have heard it play once in the guy's ride when I bought it. If I'm to sale or trade this amp I want to hook it up in my ride and see what it does for a few days. I wouldn't feel good trading a amp I know nothing about.

Ok my Q is can my 4 sa8v2 4ohm dvc take this amp at .5 ohms or should I wire it at 2ohms?

Right now the four subs are hooked up 2ohms to a kicker kx2500.1 and it slams.

Subs don't act like they want a lot more power. Gain on kicker is 1/4 with bass level remote turned back 1/4 for songs with a lot of bass.

Forgot to say that no bass boost on HU or amp. No boost on sub level on HU. Eq is flat or below.

if you have the voltage to supply to that amp it can burn ur subs up. they have a 2" coil and bout 1k per sub is too much unless your easy with the vol knob...

I just didn't know how much the saz3500 would put out at .5ohms and I do have good electrical. Hot it's doing 14.8 volts with two alts pushing 400+amps driving.

We did 3 SA8's on a 3500 @ 2 ohm in a clients truck...worked rather well and was very impressive. No need to wire to .5 ohm though..you will be just fine at 2 ohm.

Kinda what I was thinking since most of these kicker amps birthed at 2800+rms and the subs are not begging for anymore power. So the saz3500 puts out close to 4000watts?

that is a strong amp and can do 4k of power...

Either wire at 2 ohms or set the gain to about 3k with a DMM
