can the new kicker comps get loud?

i was just wondering if they could because i seen em on sounddomain 2 pack for 90 bucks 150 rms 300 max i was just wondering how they sounded, i was thinkin aobut gettin 4 of em for the hell of it

No experience. But think with only 150 watts rms you can't expect to much. I'm sure they would be a good bang for the buck sub.

the loudest superbudget woofer ive had experience with.. doesnt say a whole lot but my buddy has a pair and they surprised all of us when we hooked em up. i also saw a blazer with liek 6 of em at a comp but dont remember what he scored.. wasnt too bad though.

yeah i saw a crx at a comp this past weekend with 4 and it was suprsingly loud, i ordered 2 10s i thought about putting them both in sealed boxed behind my seats, but then again i thought about putting one in the middle and make a bigger box and port it and run like 150-200 rms to it? and suggestions?

ported is the way to go.. but what do you mean one of em? liek you only have room for one ported? try to port both in a large box.. and 150 rms is fine 200 wont give you enough of a difference IMO

a friend of mine has got two of them in a ported box and it sounds decent, I'm sure several of them with a good install can be potentially loud

For $45/piece they are hard to beat. Considering what they are, they are pretty good subs.

if you want loud go ported. They seem to be a nice budget sub. I would say wall em and go nuts. They are cheap enough.

ive had them in the past and have a pair right now from2003 i think. they are in 1.25 sealed each and they get pretty dam loud in my 84 ex cab tyota p/u. they sound pretty good too. ive had much more expensive stuff, but these arent a dissappointment. for the price id say you cant beat them. just give them a little more than the 150 rms they are rated for. they can take it.
