Can my amp power my system?

I have a 89 supra I'm restoring and I'm putting a sound system in it. So far I got my pioneer touchscreen, 2 Polk audio speakers up front and 2 in the rear. And I have a brand new kenwood KFC-w3013ps sub I'm using it is rated for 400w rms

The amp I have is a good old Phoenix gold xs6600. I know these amps where seriously under rated for the factory. The factory says it will push 300w rms to the sub but I guess that number was under rated

So do you think this amp wil push my system

should do fine just bridge the rear two channels and be careful with the gain. i do recommend a better sub though kenwood is a little lowend

Id spend my money on an American Bass sub,or an SSA sub,Dayton..That amp will be just fine as stated,

Ok cool I saw the amp on Craigslist for 100 bucks got it for 80 I was so pumped. The guy used it for 1 year. Still had box it came in and box stuffing lol
