Recently picked up a lanzar maxp2051d for super cheap supposibly 4000w peak. Was wondering what it actually putting out since i havent tested it more than to see if it was functional and is it 1 ohm stable as some adds say and some say it isnt or should i just run it 4 ohm or sell it and get a different one? I have a sub with 2000w rms so i know i can get a way better one but if i can get 700ish at 4 or over 1000 at 1 ohm it would be worth keeping for a while but i doubt it will but it came in a package deal for basically free so im happy either way

I had another amp in that same series a while back and the guts on it were actually not that bad. The one I had used a pretty tried and true power supply and output design that has been used in a ton of different amps over the years. Its no Sundown but if ya treat it right it should be ok. If the price is really that good go ahead and give it a shot. The amp you are asking about has 1/0 inputs and calls for a 200A fuse. Its gonna be doing some kind of decent power. For sure more than the 1000 watts at 1 ohm you were talking about

had 2 max series 10's they were that bad i put 500rms on both and they were fine
Im talking about their amps i know there subs are pretty ****** and way over rated but for the price you could do worse just curious about there amps if they put out decent power and if they go bad easy because i could sell it for about 150 in my area and put some money with it and get the brutus 2100.1 if it will be alot better

that amp has 200a fusing on it, what kind of sub you have that is 2000w rms? and yes this is 1ohm stable so it will go down 1 ohm.

also what kid of electrical you have

And theres no fuse on the outside of the amp is there an internal one or what its rated for?
Large amplifiers tend not to have internal fuses... cause theyd have to use maxi fuses and such they would melt under the heat of the amp
