Then we see pics of subs that look NOTHING like the "NEW" XXX, which after 8 months, can be considered the OLD "NEW" XXX, and looks COMPLETELY different.....

Then i read in CA&E mag about a 36.1 and a 72.2 back in 04 as well, the Directory editions..... they had MSRPs and everything..... am i suppose to forget i ever saw those?

I dont know why you are saying this new XXX doesn't look like the 'old' new XXX, it certainly does. Here's the first pic released of the new XXX version, so far as I know, from like 8 months ago: http://i23.photobucket.com/albums/b352/audioholic/Picture022.jpg Aside from the black frame rather than silver, and the silver/chrome on the magnet, it looks just like the one in these new pics, as you can see for yourself. The neo motored MX looks different of course, but that's another issue entirely.

oh RE did make a couple of those amps and they still make one that is not on the site or even mentioned much, it just depends how much cash you have for the most part. hell if you guys dont like that they are not giving info how bout you call them? wait they wont give info then either, right? good, who cares. this shit is annoying and i fully agree with ngsm13. they dont have to give info cause they will still sell when it comes out. if you dont like the way RE runs the shop then go somewhewre else...

we dont know! if the motor sturcture is strong enough, which it would be easy with the neo mags then yes i would consider it an spl sub, dont know how the neo mags work for sq but hell that could be the case as well. dont just to conclusions on shit that we dont know is true or not. be patient and the answers will come eventually.

go look at the shocker neo sig, it uses neo mags and youll get an idea of what they are about

and by the specs in the picture it states it has a 4" voice coil which is a pretty big voice coil......that might mean its designed to be a spl sub........just wait and see
