Can I use my Denon mic attached to my phone?

You could for sure... but I wouldn't use it as anything other than "This is a general graph of my audio" kind of measurement. I am only saying this because to measure your audio you should use a calibrated mic. But it will for sure give you a good usable idea of what to tune with any mic of decent quality. Denon ain't so bad.
