can i use a 4 channel amp for only 2 door speakers?

some 4ch amps if you just bridge them you will get a summed output to the speakers instead of left and right signal. What kind of amp is it? You might have to use y splits and wire ch 1&2 to only left signal and 3&4 to only right signal then you will get seperation.
