can i use 0 GA for ground?

so i dont have enough 4 ga wire to run to my frame from my amps, but i have plenty of 0 ga.... if i make it fit into the amps grounds, would i be fine or is this like a "are you serious" question

If you can make it fit larger wire will always be better. Doesn't hurt to have ground larger than power.

Larger wires are always a plus...Its too small of wires that can cause problems...
