Can I replace foam?

Yes,the surround....totally eaten away....nothing left. These actually came out of a very old school Rockford subwoofer box.The box is a rectangle with 2 SP88 subs mounted inside a bandpass. Its from the late 80s early 90s.

If you are able to find a surround kit heres what to do.

1. remove foam and clean basket and cone.

2. put surround on basket and cone and mark where the surround lays.

3. put down your glue on basket and cone(just above the line you marked on cone for surround).

4. add wieght to the inside lip of surround to help is seal to the cone properly. I like to use the same size cone body as it sits perfectly on the inside lip of the surround and is already formed for the proper angle etc...

Good luck!
