i just sweded a kid for not selling me adirtbike locally,

so i guess i go to my local magistrate office and file a complaint then they send a letter to him

asking what he wants to do, defend himself, or confess. and he has 30 days to reply

then we settle it ourselves presenting the cases and evidence ourselves

His number should be posted, and he should be harassed. At least to a point where he has to change his phone number. Protecting him makes the forum worse for trading/selling.
