Can I keep OEM/factory back up camera with aftermarket H/U

So I'm going to be installing a Pioneer avicZ140BH head unit in my 08 Jeep Grand Cherokee srt8. Is there anyway of wiring up my oem back up camera to this head unit??

it will be hard, i have an avic 120bt and had to get a different camera, but you dont have to get the pioneer camera, any camera with rca will work

Possible? Yes. Probable? Not so much. Anything is possible, but without seeing the ctually camera inputs, i can't really say. But for the labor you would be better of just buying a cheap one with RCA outputs.
