Can I High Amp Fix It?

I have a Power Acoustik Amp for my highs that I didnt installed. I just installed a Clarion DXZ865MP deck. Now the interior speakers and 4 tweeters are installed directly to my deck and everytime I turn it up, it keeps on cutting off lyke a bad circuit or somethin. I went to a Car Audio Specialist, he said its the deck connections making it cut off from those speakers. So he said I should send it back and getting some wire part or another suggestion is 2 installed a high amp. If I use my high amp could it possibly stop the problem or was he lying out of his a**?
