Why are you putting a '95 Cutlass in a 96-99 Monte Carlo? And what's the 4.5 cf for, the driver?

You mean a Lumina? Since that was the 4 door version of the Monte Carlo.

If so, I would have to say yes, there is room for a 4.5 cf box. Don't know about the convertible though, probably not.
