can i fit 2x 10" ported in my fiberglass box?

i have a fiberglass box made for outa my spare tire well, it sits flush with the floor.

i have my amp racks mounted, now only thing holding me up is finding a sub combination.

i need shallow mount subs, i have 2.3 cubes to work with, can i go with 2x 10's ported? clarion specs say .75 cubes, kicker says 1.25 - 1.75 cubes, pioneer says 1 cu ???

how about the kenwood excelon 12", says 1400max but 350 rms ??? i read another member put 500w to a 10"
