Can i adapt this box?

I attempted to make a new box for my 2 12" alpine type-x's this afternoon.

I say attempted, because i tried using a craftsman circle jig from sears, and the thing sucks, and fell of the centering pin, sending my router flying out of round, and ruining my box.....

I don't know how to cut a 1/2 decent circle without a jig, and would take some time to get a good one from partsxpress so i was wondering if this box could work alright for a 15" L7.....

It's 5 cubes, with a 2 x 38.5" port tuned to 33hz.....

Is that too much port for one L7? Or should it be ok?
