Can Anyone Tell Me Who Makes This Amp Please!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

A buddy of mine picked this amp up and we cannot find out who made it. I found a model number on the board and it says PSL 745 .Which I'm guessing means 75 watts x 4 @ 4 ohms, But I cannot figure out the PSL part. It looks to me to be older and to be pretty well built. I like the gain knobs and board looks pretty beefy and done right. I just cant find a manufacture name. I looked up Phase Linear, Pyle, Profile, Phoenix gold, Pyramid, and a few others that started with a P and have found nothing that looks like this. Anymore info will be appreciated.

Force line, I believe.

I remember them from the early 90's, but I never knew much about the company, or their amps.

Mostly I remember the large gold traces on the circuit boards.

decent looking guts, Philips older model stuff was overbuilt compared to the newer models they make now. prob does a little over rated pwr (pwr rating would be done at 12v then too.)
