You better start turning your desktop into a laptop

you need to lube it up. Try either wd-40 or coconut butt oil.

Is this before POST, after POST, inside of windows? Need more info.

right when you boot up before it even goes to the windows loading screen its stops and shows that and wont go nowhere

tried and it says configuring hardware or something then goes to a blank screen and freezes

Serious issue. Try changing out the ram I bet it migth be bad it that's not it bad mobo or you heat fried the processor

Go into the BIOS and see if your HDD is visible. While youre in there... look for other anomolies

I go to the bootup menu and the HDD is available but when I select it the screen just goes blank
