Can anyone build me a box?

I need someone that can build me a box for my 15" Orion H2. I was gonna do it but it seems as though it may be to hard for me to do. I am looking at around 3 to 4 cf box. I need it 37" wide 16 "tall and about 22" deep. I would like it tuned to around 37hz. I wanna mount the sub on the top and the port on the front if that will work. If not any suggestions would be great. I will pay for shipping if noone is close to me. I am in Maryland.

Yeah I was a little confused as well. I have someone helping me on thos though. So thanks for the help
