Yes thats why I came here because I haven't used the sxx15d2 before and I wanted to know if it could handle that much power with daily use without getting screwy or bottoming out. I've had a few questions answered in the past by coming here when nothing else was helping. Just a question man, not trying to ruin anyone's day over it.

Wired up to an amp rated at 1500rms it will rarely, if ever, see that much power so you should be good.

It's rated for 1000.

Yes you should be fine.

Just keep the gain down a little if you smell something funny or if the dustcap gets warm.
