i ran 1300+ on my L7 12 it was a dual 2ohm with a kicker kx1200

i ran this same setup just last week and fryed the sub in less than 1 day.

alot of smoke.

i keep my gains less than 3/4. bass eq less than 1/2, alpine deck no more than 24 and sub volume between 3 and 5.

the box was ported so i think that had a little to do with it.

it was loud as hell for one 12.
